A short note in response to those lovely folks who have sent emails and messages asking if I'm okay. Thank you for your very kind concern, yes, I'm still here and all is well. ❤❤❤

Life is crazy busy at present and, I must admit, I've been doing more writing and editing than cooking of late. I have reached the pointy end of the book. It's now with proof readers and grammar experts (including an expert in the Magyar language), all of whom will advise me on what things I might need to change before I can send it off to the designer.

I am travelling to Adelaide in South Australia next week, for the Words to Go event, which is held as part of Tasting Australia. Must say that I am feeling chuffed to have been selected to attend and am looking forward to catching up with fellow writers. Of course, there's all the wonderful stuff that Adelaide has to offer too. (Central Market here I come!).

Also, I am currently judging entries in the 2016 Sydney Markets Fresh Blog Awards - a huge honour, particularly given the celebrity status of my fellow judges.

I will be back to cooking my heart out, and regular posting here, very soon, and would like to thank you all in the meantime for standing by in anticipation of the good things to come. Have a great week, my friends. xx

Some fantastic events in your life at the moment - you well deserve to be at all and hopefully will thoroughly enjoy!! Adelaide will no doubt be huge fun but shall really be keeping my eye on the Sydney Markets awards I did not know existed. If I remember correctly Lyndey Milan and you are old friends and the two photos of you side-by-side must be the best I have seen of either of you! Enjoy! We'll wait :) !

Hello back! I knew you were busy with the book and it sounds like things are powering along. I wasn't up to speed with everything else you were up to so thanks for the update. I would have loved to attend Words To Go but a couple of things have made that an impossibility this year. I certainly hope to attend next year. Have fun!

My first comment seems to have disappeared. I know you must be happy to have your book progressing along so well. You might get a little chance to stop and smell the roses before long. Enjoy each day, nonetheless.
